We met Randy over 2 years ago. Eleanor and I were looking for a place to start our animal rescue. We had heard about this property from a friend, so we went to see it. We started walking down this long dirt road with greenhouses all around. There was such a calm and peaceful feeling there. We looked at each other with a smile and said, “This is the place”.
A truck pulled in and a man got out, he camewalking towards us and ask “Can I help You?” We responded back to him “We are looking for a place to start an animal rescue.” In a very caring and surprised voice he said, “Let me show you around.” From that day on, Randy was our biggest supporter in helping us purchase the property. Randy was always there to help in any way he could. Randy and his dad had one of the biggest nurseries in Utah. They were in business for 25 years until his dad passed away. Randy was the one who hand welded all of the greenhouse buildings. We promised him that we would continue his legacy here.
Randy, we have kept our promise! Beautiful flowers will fill these greenhouses again. Thank you Randy for the wonderful memories this city has in the beautiful flowers that were grown here. In memory of Randy Johnson, Furever Friends would like to put together a potted flower arrangement in his honor.
